i'm shocked with how well i did today... i wasn't planning on doing omad, i just had it for breakfast and the rest of the day i kept telling myself i didn't need to eat. at my worst during high school i could not get through the day without snacks and stuff so i'd eat 2 meals PLUS snacks but try to keep them under a cal limit. 
i asked my mom today what she put in the spaghetti sauce and she got really happy and went "you tried it? i made it really well, didn't i?" like yes mom you did because you're an amazing cook but also no mom i'm sorry i didn't try it because i need to be bmi 14. patting myself on the back for that one because my dad brought home takeout at like 10pm ?!??! and she told me to come eat it with her but since i ate the spaghetti she didn't push me when i told her i was full. 

no personal updates really... i'm feeling way happier compared to yesterday, summer is just looking up and i'm really grateful to not have school anymore. i was really productive today, i helped my dad at his work, showered, deep cleaned my room, and helped my mom pack for her trip. packing my schedule makes it really easy to forget about eating and i like to think about all the calories i burned throughout the day since i was consistently moving around. 

yesterday: sedentary, 610cals = -4lbs 
today: active, 120cals = ???
if i can hit 110 in 2 days i will be so happy lol... i'll already be a third of the way to my UGW. eeek i'm so excited. i already filled up my yesstyle cart with a bunch of cute outfits and skirts i want to wear. i was literally about to hit order until i remembered i'm still a fatty and my thighs will look disgusting. phew.... i think that's all for tonight, goodnight blog
