  • no calories before 10am or after 7pm!
  • no going over 1k gross cals
  • no high-carb foods (slow down metabolism!)
    • cereal/chewy bars 😬
    • pasta
    • cake/fast food/pretzels/canned fruit/soda/candy/etc.
    • TLDR: no sugary/unhealthy shit !!!

  • daily pilates
  • when i start going to the gym i'm going to strive for at least 30min on the treadmill. i don't care to bother learning about working glutes or any of that shit gym will be treadmill time. or maybe the stair thing i keep seeing on tiktok
