- green tea 1x a day min
no’s !- no calories before 10am or after 7pm!
- no going over 1k gross cals
- no high-carb foods (slow down metabolism!)
- cereal/chewy bars 😬
- pasta
- cake/fast food/pretzels/canned fruit/soda/candy/etc.
- TLDR: no sugary/unhealthy shit !!!
burning cals !
- daily pilates
- when i start going to the gym i'm going to strive for at least 30min on the treadmill. i don't care to bother learning about working glutes or any of that shit gym will be treadmill time. or maybe the stair thing i keep seeing on tiktok
